Dustin R. Alvino leads the top-producing investment advisory team in Marcus & Millichap’s Las Vegas office. After joining the firm at the end of 2011, Dustin quickly became the firm’s top investment broker in Nevada and one of the firm’s top producers nationally. He and his team specialize in consulting with private investors, institutions, franchisees and developers on the sale, exchange, and purchase of net-leased retail, office, and industrial properties located across North America with a primary focus on the Southwest US.
Dustin strongly believes in being “relationship-oriented” and has built a substantial client base by putting his client’s interests first. His dedication and tireless work ethic have also contributed to his team becoming Nevada’s most knowledgeable and successful investment advisory team.
Dustin is a founder and co-owner of Dirt Doctor Express Car Wash in Las Vegas. He also owns several net-leased properties and land throughout the Las Vegas and Southern New Jersey markets, which he purchases for speculative purposes with the intent to develop for national and regional Tenants. Dustin is a Director of the Net-Leased Properties Group and National Retail Group at Marcus & Millichap. He graduated from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York with a double major in Finance and Economics. In his senior year, he was part of an exclusive investment team selected to oversee part of the college’s Endowment Fund.
